There are many Benefits of the Forté Program.

Students stay in the homes of carefully selected host families personally acquainted with or recommended to our Director. Normally 2 same-sex students with either different or same native languages stay at each home. Transportation is provided to and from the Academy each day. Breakfast and dinner are usually taken in the home of the host family and a sack lunch is provided to bring to classes each day for the noon lunch break.

An optional program called “Studying Music in the USA” can be incorporated into the above. Forté Academy has been helping student enter American Universities and Conservatories for many years. StudentsEnglish Language Program
Forté offers an intensive English language immersion program for all levels of English.  Classes are small and students are placed  according to ability.  Placement is determined by a test taken on the first day of class. Classes are offered 5 days a week for 3 hours a day.

Classes include conversation, grammar, vocabulary, composition, and reading.  Weekly tests are given to evaluate progress.

Teachers are trained in English as a second language and are highly qualified.  Classes are conducted so as to maintain interest and so that students progress at a quick pace.

All private and group music lessons are also given in English.

The immersion in English continues in the home of the host family, where meals and other activities are shared and only English is spoken. Students will also converse with American students and students from other countries.
