Denver International Airport

All students should arrive in Denver International Airport on Sunday.

Our representatives are at DIA each Sunday from 08.00 to 18.00.

Pricing: Comprehensive Cost: 

If full tuition paid by April 20, 2008:                                             

2 Weeks—3490 US$

If full tuition paid after April 20, 2008:

          2 Weeks--3790 US$

          3 Weeks--5495 US$   (special pricing for minimum recommended stay)
          4 Weeks--7580 US$

The above includes room, board, and tuition for language, music lessons, and sports; costs for all activities, transportation to and from Denver International Airport, and to and from all activities; plus one question-answer session for advanced university study in USA.

Dates: Weeks beginning— 

2008—June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; July 6, 13, 20, 27;  August 3, 10, 17, 24, 31; September 7, 14, 21 
2009--- January 4, 11, 18, 25             

Weeks are from Sunday to Saturday. 

When should I apply?
The number of spaces is strictly limited and we advise you to apply as early as possible in order to guarantee your reservation.

Payment and Booking:
Fill out the following booking and information forms; attach two photos of the participant:

A $400 deposit is required to secure the reservation. Payment may be made by Bank transfer to Guaranty Bank and Trust Company (email or call for wiring information).

Full payment is due 45 days prior to departure.

After Booking:
Your reservation will be confirmed by email. Please send flight details as soon as available. Four weeks prior to departure you will receive a trip package including details of your host family, a Forté cap (for identification at airport), a toll free number for contact, and airport instructions for those transferring planes.

Cancellation Policy:
If you have to cancel, please notify the Academy as soon as possible.

Our cancellation charges are as follows:

61 days or more prior to departure—$400 deposit
60-46 days prior to departure—50%
45-31 days prior to departure—75%
30 days or less prior to departure—100%

Important:
Any program not paid for 45 days prior to departure is considered cancelled.

Discipline:
Any student not obeying the rules will be reported to his/her parents. Continual unacceptable behavior will mean automatic return home at parents’ expense.
